Fascia Rod End Options | Custom End Caps, Finials & Mitered Returns

The end treatment of a fascia rod system is the finishing detail that completes the installation — the point where the eye travels at the conclusion of the window treatment and where the quality of the fabrication is most closely examined. Morgik offers a range of custom fascia rod end options that allow designers to tailor each installation to the architectural character of the space, from clean contemporary closures to decorative finial treatments and fully integrated mitered returns. Every end option is fabricated to match the profile and finish of the fascia cover it terminates, ensuring a seamless, cohesive appearance from bracket to end.

End Caps for a Clean Contemporary Finish

Fascia rod end caps provide a precise, understated closure that allows the fascia itself to remain the visual focal point of the installation. Their streamlined profile suits contemporary, transitional, and minimalist interiors where clean lines and restrained hardware are the design priority — and where any decorative end treatment would compete with rather than complement the window treatment.

End caps are fabricated to match the exact profile — round or square — and finish of the fascia cover, producing a flush, seamless termination that reads as a single continuous architectural element rather than a cap applied to the end of a rod. For commercial spaces, modern residences, and any interior where simplicity and precision define the design standard, the end cap is the natural specification.

Decorative Finials for Added Design Detail

For projects where the fascia rod end is an opportunity to add decorative character rather than minimize it, Morgik’s custom decorative finials allow designers to coordinate drapery hardware with the furnishings, lighting fixtures, architectural metalwork, and design elements that define the rest of the room. A well-chosen finial transforms the end of a fascia rod from a functional closure into a deliberate design detail — one that signals the level of craft and attention that defines the entire window treatment.

Decorative finials are available in a wide range of profiles and are fabricated in steel, brass, or stainless steel across Morgik’s complete range of quality finishes, making them equally at home in traditional, transitional, and eclectic interiors where a standard end cap would leave the installation feeling unresolved.

Mitered Returns for a Seamless Architectural Look

Mitered returns are the most architecturally integrated end treatment in the Morgik fascia rod line — an approach that extends the fascia cover back to the wall at each end of the installation, eliminating all visible end hardware and creating a built-in appearance that reads as part of the architecture rather than an element applied to it.

The result is a fascia rod installation with no visible termination point — the cover simply turns the corner and returns to the wall, closing the window treatment on all sides and producing the kind of seamless, custom-finished appearance that defines the highest level of drapery hardware specification. Mitered returns are a staple specification in:

  • Luxury residential interiors where the window treatment is designed as an architectural feature rather than a furnishing
  • Hospitality environments where the standard of finish must hold up to close inspection from every angle
  • Contemporary and architecturally driven designs where the absence of visible hardware is itself the design statement
